Looking forward to diving into the full novel and discussing with friends. These first two chapters give brilliant introductions to the characters. I can really feel their tension, their attitudes, their personalities. By the end of Chapter Two you get the sense that there is something simmering and maybe about to boil over. 1 & 2 also paint some pretty keen pictures to these characters' back stories. A lot has already happened.
