I have a spot now on You Tube for the novel. It is a short clip but it gives a great feel for the novel. And in a way of presentation that I think complements the story details on the back cover of the book.

This video is really good! As humans, we're always so sure we have it all under control, but in the end, it's always God. I think He often allows us the delusion of thinking we run things here. It must give Him a good laugh.
ReplyDeleteI like mostly Christian fiction these days. Mostly because I don't have to edit it for content. I get enough of that watching TV. When it comes for Christian fiction, though, I divide it into 2 categories: fluff and the stuff that makes you think. Some days I just want a break. It's like watching "Sister Act" for the 50 millionth time. I don't want to think. I want to be entertained. I don't care if the writing is good, just if the story is good. Then, there are those Christian authors who really make you think. The ones who not only write a good story, but also make you think on God. Who He is. What He's doing. These books point me back to Him, to His Word. They challenge my thinking. Land Run is one of those books.
